Martijn Bolt works with public and private organisations on their digital transformation using blockchain technology. He researches the field intensively and has combined his knowledge with years of experience as a change and implementation manager.
Martijn currently works as a freelance blockchain implementation specialist. His masterclass became the base for the first Dutch blockchain minor at The Hague University of Applied Science.
Alongside his implementation projects for central and decentral governments, multinationals and entrepreneurs, Martijn worked as a commissioner for the evaluation of blockchain projects. He commissioned blockchain implementation assessments for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) instrument of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO NL) and the valuation of applications received by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Co-operation (CTA) for proposals on blockchain use cases in agriculture.
Martijn was chairman of the round-table discussions at the Blockchain Future of Trust Summit in The Hall of Knights of The Netherlands on all occasions and was part of the judging process during the world’s largest blockchain hackathons in The Netherlands and for the European Union.
Martijn used his knowledge to create the most comprehensive Dutch knowledge resource about blockchain and Bitcoin. With the mix of education and implementation of Blockchain Martijn maintains his creative, hands-on character as he develops solutions for multinationals and entrepreneurs.
